Sarah Baxter, a 30-year-old woman from Lexington, NC, was tragically killed on June 22, 2022. The Davidson County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting on Becky Hill Road after receiving a 911 call from Christian Everhart, a 25-year-old man who claimed he had shot an intruder who had broken into his home.
