Subhi Elmasharawy, a 22-year-old male, was tragically shot on January 6, 2019, in the University area of Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 9 p.m. on Pimpernel Road, where police officers found Elmasharawy with a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries. Despite the medical team's efforts, Elmasharawy succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead on January 9, 2019.
