Donovan Lamar Moon, a 30-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 11, 2019, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Moon was found dead inside a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound in the 800 block of Conestoga Drive. The incident was reported just before 4:10 p.m. on that fateful Monday afternoon.
