Justin L. Williams, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically found dead on September 24, 2018, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred around 9:30 p.m. when police responded to a report of a shooting on the 6300 block of Raeford Road. Upon arrival, they discovered a wrecked 2001 Chevrolet on Bingham Drive, between Arberdale and McDougal drives, approximately 35 yards south of Raeford Road.
