Kevin Duane Robbins, a 43-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 5, 2020, in Newnan, Georgia. On that day, Newnan police responded to a "shots fired" call at a residence on East Broad Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered the bodies of Kevin Duane Robbins and 39-year-old Willie Edward Bussie III, another African American male, outside the home.
