In the late hours of a Friday night in Newnan, Georgia, the life of Dustin Scott “Dusty” Parrott, a 32-year-old Caucasian male from nearby Tyrone, was brought to an abrupt and violent end. On February 17, 2023, police responded to a call about a person shot on Cliff Circle around 10:55 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Parrott with a gunshot wound to his chest.
