Ronald Potts, a 47-year-old Black man from Selma, North Carolina, was fatally shot on July 10, 2016, in Fayetteville, NC. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Rim Road. Ronald Potts was identified as the victim by the Fayetteville Police Department.
