Isaac Locklear, an 18-year-old male from Red Springs, North Carolina, was tragically shot and killed on June 27, 2021. His body was discovered along Doc Bennett Road in Fayetteville, North Carolina, around 7 a.m. that morning. Locklear had been shot multiple times and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Cumberland County Sheriff's Office responded to the incident and initiated an investigation into his death.
