Charles Greene Jr., a 25-year-old partially disabled man from Fayetteville, NC, was tragically shot and killed inside his home on December 12, 2017. Greene, who had been left partially visually and hearing impaired by childhood medical issues, was struck by gunshots fired from outside his residence on the 300 block of Plantation Drive.
