Charles Greene Jr., a 25-year-old partially disabled man from Fayetteville, NC, was tragically shot and killed inside his home on December 12, 2017. Greene, who had been left partially visually and hearing impaired by childhood medical issues, was struck by gunshots fired from outside his residence on the 300 block of Plantation Drive. The incident occurred during the late evening hours, and police were not called to the scene until 8:49 a.m. the following day. Greene was found inside his home, ...
