General was last seen driving a dark-colored Nissan 370-Z convertible with West Virginia license plates. He was considered armed and dangerous, and the police urged anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward. General was eventually arrested and transported to the Cumberland County Detention Center, where he remains without bond.
