Ezekiel Shyreique Moultrie, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2021, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred at an apartment complex on Galleria Drive, where Moultrie was shot outside an apartment and pronounced dead at the scene.
