Wesley Scot Cover, a 26-year-old Caucasian male, tragically lost his life on August 6, 1993, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. On that fateful night, he was one of the victims of a mass shooting at Luigi's Italian Restaurant. The shooter, Kenneth Junior French, a 22-year-old Fort Bragg soldier, entered the restaurant armed with two shotguns and a rifle.
