On November 1, 2008, 22-year-old Charles Jackson was fatally shot in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred in the early morning hours near the intersection of East Berry Street and Riverside Drive. According to reports, Jackson was walking home from a nearby convenience store when an unknown assailant approached and shot him multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene by responding officers.
