Artis Lee Windsor, a 32-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on August 12, 2022, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. His death was the result of a fatal shooting during a dispute at his residence on Poplar Drive. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:44 a.m., when police responded to a call and found Windsor unresponsive. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
