In the early morning hours of Saturday, February 7, 2026, the life of 44-year-old Damarr Johnson was tragically cut short in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The stillness of the night was broken by the sound of gunfire at an apartment complex located on the 2900 block of Dwelle Drive. When sheriff's deputies arrived at the scene around midnight, they discovered Johnson suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
