Arnold Mendez, a 33-year-old resident of Norwalk, California, tragically lost his life on June 20, 2016, following a violent incident that occurred on June 18, 2016. According to reports, Mendez was walking north from his home on Claressa Avenue around 11:30 p.m. when a dark-colored, four-door vehicle approached him from behind.
