Johnson J.C. Chen, a 32-year-old resident of Anaheim, was tragically killed in a shooting incident in Norwalk, California, on June 5, 2020. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3:10 a.m., on the 11300 block of Elmhurst Drive, which is located southeast of the Cerritos College campus.
