Carlos Aguilar, a 25-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on March 16, 2014, in Norwalk, California. The incident occurred around 1:40 a.m. in the 12000 block of Lowemont Street. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, Aguilar was found on the sidewalk by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies who responded to the scene.
