Jorge Castillo, a 31-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on October 16, 2016, in Norwalk, California. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on the 12000 block of Molette Street. According to the Los Angeles County coroner’s records, deputies responded to reports of gunfire at approximately 2:29 a.m. Upon arrival, they discovered two Latino men lying in the street with gunshot wounds.
