Antoninne Scotsman, a 33-year-old male, was fatally shot in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida, on March 9, 2025. The incident occurred at approximately 12:23 a.m. during a house party near the 3000 block of Northwest 35th Street. According to reports, an argument broke out among several individuals, escalating into gunfire. Scotsman and another adult male were found outside the residence suffering from gunshot wounds.
Emergency responders transported both victims to a local hospital, where Scotsman was pronounced deceased. The second victim sustained injuries that were not life-threatening.
Authorities have confirmed that Scotsman had been released from prison in November 2024. His criminal record included convictions for robbery and grand theft auto in Broward County. The investigation into his death remains ongoing, with detectives actively seeking information regarding the circumstances and individuals involved.
