On January 31, 2025, at approximately 1:48 p.m., authorities in Oakland Park, Florida, responded to reports of a shooting in the 200 block of Northeast 35th Street. Upon arrival, deputies discovered 33-year-old Alexander Davis, a male, suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency responders attempted lifesaving measures before transporting him to Broward Health Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
