Leslie Johana Marrufo Torres, 24, a female of Hispanic heritage, died on the night of May 17, 2025, in a home just outside Glennville in rural Tattnall County, Georgia. Deputies were sent after a 911 call reported gunfire, and by the time they arrived on Baxter Durrence Road, they found four people dead in what authorities immediately described as an apparent murder-suicide.
