Moncel D'Angelo Garrett-Richardson, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on March 6, 2019, in Durham, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the 1700 block of Holloway Street, where Garrett-Richardson was found suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being rushed to the hospital, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after.
The investigation into Garrett-Richardson's death led to the arrest of 19-year-old Jonathan Wade White, also from Durham.
