Jay Aaron Foust, a 46-year-old white male, tragically lost his life on May 21, 2019, in Durham, North Carolina. Foust, who worked as a security guard for Allied Universal, was found shot to death in an alleyway at 407 North Mangum Street at approximately 2:49 a.m. on the day of his death.
