Corey Monyea Gooch Sr., a 40-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 3, 2021, in Durham, North Carolina. His death was the result of a fatal shooting that occurred on the evening of that day. Corey Gooch was found dead from a gunshot wound in the 500-block of Hardee Street.
