Edgar Dewayne Yancey, a 36-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on October 3, 2019, in Roxboro, North Carolina. Edgar was a native of Person County and was survived by his children, Khaleef Dewayne Yancey and Andrea L. Burton, his parents, Earl Wayne and Rena Yancey, and his siblings, Earl Demond Yancey and Erica Yancey.
