Tyree Jones, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on October 4, 2022, in Roxboro, North Carolina. The incident occurred just before 11 p.m. in the 1700 block of Wall Street. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Jones deceased from multiple gunshot wounds. The Roxboro Police Department confirmed that the shooting did not appear to be random, indicating that Jones was specifically targeted.
