Brad Kelly, a 20-year-old male, was tragically shot and killed on January 24, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred near 200 Stone Post Road, where Brad was found with a gunshot wound. Despite paramedics' efforts to provide medical treatment, Brad succumbed to his injuries at the scene. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the shooting and initiated an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Brad's death.
