Jimmy Scott Locklear Jr., a 30-year-old male from Rowland, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2020. The incident occurred in Maxton, North Carolina, where deputies responded to a report of a shooting at the 11400 block of Highway 130 West at approximately 11:13 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered that Locklear had already been transported from the scene in a private vehicle. Unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries before reaching Scotland Memorial Hospital in Laurinburg. ...
