Death by Force

David Samuel McLean, a 59-year-old African American man from Maxton, North Carolina, was found dead on December 7, 2017. McLean, affectionately known as "Car Wash Man," was discovered unresponsive on McLaughlin Street in Maxton. The cause of death was an apparent gunshot wound.
