Keontez Nashee Stephens, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on July 28, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Born on February 24, 1998, in Danville, Virginia, Keontez was the son of Keshawn Montague and Alphonso Stephens. He was transported to Carolina Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
