Moises Alexander Hernandez, a 17-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on November 3, 2021, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to a call regarding a larceny from a motor vehicle on McAlpine Glen Drive.
