Corey Kenneth Miller, a 48-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on September 16, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred just after midnight on Rachel Street, where officers responded to an assault with a deadly weapon call. Upon arrival, they found Corey in the driveway of a home with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
