Carlos Edward Lopez-Cole, a 19-year-old male, tragically lost his life on September 4, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred at the Osei Discount Food and Beverage store located on L.D. Parker Drive. Carlos, along with two female victims, was shot in the parking lot of the store late at night.
