Sharrieff Abdul Yusef Jones Jr., a 17-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on December 13, 2020, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Known affectionately as "Lil Riff," Sharrieff was born on June 11, 2003, at Carolina Medical in Charlotte. On the evening of December 13, 2020, Sharrieff was found with a gunshot wound in the 7100 block of Red Bud Circle. Despite being rushed to Atrium Health Main, he was pronounced deceased shortly after arrival.
