Na-Zea Scott, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on February 9, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred around midnight at an apartment complex on McAlway Road in southeast Charlotte. According to reports, Na-Zea Scott was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck and was pronounced dead at the scene. The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department responded to the scene and began their investigation immediately.
