Terrance Mortise-Koger, a 32-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2021, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Cross Creek Mall, located at 5000 Morganton Road. Terrance was shot while sitting in his car and was subsequently transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
