Terrance Mortise-Koger, a 32-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 21, 2021, in Fayetteville, North Carolina. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Cross Creek Mall, located at 5000 Morganton Road. Terrance was shot while sitting in his car and was subsequently transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Fayetteville Police Department's Homicide Unit launched an investigation into the shooting, which did not appear to be a random act. ...
