On January 1, 2024, at approximately 5:16 p.m., Fayetteville police responded to a ShotSpotter notification in the 1800 block of Harris Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 36-year-old David Earl Page Jr. deceased in the backyard of a residence, having suffered a fatal gunshot wound.
