Eugene Racine, a 47-year-old man from Fayetteville, NC, was tragically shot and killed on August 28, 2016. The incident occurred at Racine's home on Wake Forest Road in the College Downs subdivision. Eugene Racine was the grandfather of Anthony Macneill's child, and Macneill, who was 32 years old at the time, was identified as the suspect.
