Floyd Alexander Burnett Jr., a 39-year-old African American male, tragically passed away on December 12, 2021, in Raeford, North Carolina. Floyd was born on October 18, 1982, in Panama City, Panama, and was the son of the late Sgt. Floyd Alexander Sr. and Linda Freshley-Burnett. His passing was announced by the Colvin Funeral Home in Fayetteville, NC.
