Heather Michelle Spear Grant, a 36-year-old woman from Wilmington, NC, tragically passed away on November 30, 2022. Heather was born in Cleveland, TN, on July 22, 1986, and moved to Wilmington as a young girl. She was known for her vibrant personality and her dedication to community service.
