Tracey Lee McKoy, a 50-year-old woman from Wake Forest, North Carolina, tragically lost her life on July 29, 2021, in Wilmington, North Carolina. Tracey, along with her 48-year-old sister, Tammy Yvette Lamb, was on her way to visit a sick relative in the hospital when they were both shot near South 13th Street.
