Jalisa B. Bellamy, a 31-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on December 25, 2020, in Wilmington, North Carolina. On Christmas Eve, Bellamy attended a gathering at a friend's house, where she seemed happy and enjoyed the company of her friends. However, minutes after leaving the party, Wilmington Police Department officers found the car Bellamy was driving crashed into a utility pole near Kenwood and Market streets.
