Allison Jackson Foy, a 34-year-old White/Caucasian female, was living in Wilmington, North Carolina, when she vanished after a night out in late July 2006. She had moved to the area with her husband and two daughters, and online accounts describe her as a mother who had recently found work as an assistant manager at a hotel.
