Wilbert Tyrone Livious, a 61-year-old African American male and lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away on October 14, 2007. Born on December 29, 1945, he was a U.S. Army veteran. He was survived by his wife, Velma F. Livious; his mother, Elouise Mackey Thomas; his stepson, Edward Francois; and three sisters: Marie Yvonne Bradford, Joyce Taylor, and Debra Tatman.
