Dustin Thomas Duncan, a 23-year-old male from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, tragically lost his life on January 7, 2009. Dustin, born on March 10, 1985, was a native of Baton Rouge and a resident of Denham Springs. He was survived by his mother, Debbie Duncan-Williams, and stepfather, Bill Williams; his father, Daniel Cole Duncan; his sister, Christy Lynn Francis; and his niece, Victoria Francis. Dustin was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Jewel and Charlotte Duncan.
