Mitchell C. "Putha" Ricard IV, a 20-year-old African American male, passed away on September 24, 2010, in New Orleans, Louisiana. His death was a significant loss to his family and community. Mitchell was the father of My'La Sterling Ricard and the adopted son of Sharon Ricard Baldwin.
