Andre Cornelius Alexander, a 23-year-old African American male, was tragically murdered in Monroe, Louisiana, on December 21, 2011. The incident occurred in the early hours of December 20, 2011, when deputies responded to a 911 call about a shooting on Dellwood Drive. Alexander was found with multiple gunshot wounds, including one to the head, indicating a deliberate and violent attack.
