William Earl DeGrate Sr., a 59-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on November 5, 2017, in Monroe, Louisiana. His death was the result of a shooting incident that occurred in the 800 block of Bryant Street. The Monroe Police Department responded to the scene around 3:30 PM on that Sunday.
