Marshall Lee Carter Jr., a 29-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 27, 2020, in Monroe, Louisiana. Marshall was known for his charming smile and was a loving father, son, and brother. He was baptized at Macedonia Baptist Church under Reverend Robbie Williams at an early age. Marshall's untimely death has left a void in the lives of his family and friends, who remember him fondly for his warm personality and the joy he brought to those around him.
